The TacticalDISC uses proven techniques based on decades of behavioural research, applied to the high-stakes environments participants actually operate in. The TacticalDISC can be used as part of recruitment, academy programs, personal and professional development, unit cohesion, leadership development, and wellbeing initiatives.
